My Time In Stockholm! Part 1
7/10/2016First day @ ESC2016 - Arrived in the Hotel! |
I arrived the saturday one week before the final. It was beautiful weather and my day in Germany started with me waking up really early and getting ready to get to the train! With the train I was on my way to Berlin. Was a bit nervous, 'cos I didn't knew the airport in Berlin... But it all worked perfectly and I was on my way to Stockholm! Have to admit, that this was my first time in Stockholm and I was really happy, that this finally happened and I was even happier, that I would be there 10 days! When I arrived I was glad about the Arlanda Express which took me to the city center in about 20 minutes and there was also a discount for people under 26 *thumbs up*
Friends of mine, who I shared an apartment with the week, arrived one day later so I took a hotel for one day which was the fancy Hilton Hotel near the Slussen Station in Stockholm! It was my first night sleeping in Sweden, so it had to be a good night :D (in 2013 I slept in Copenhagen the whole time ;))
They worked on the streets at the Slussen Station, so it was not that easy to find the way to the Hotel the first time, but after I found the way it was really easy :D
First I had to charge my phone and then I had to get my accreditiation to get into the EuroClub that evening. I met with a friend who thankfuly knew the way to everything. \o/
After picking up my accreditation we were on our way to the Euro Fan Cafe, as Zoe was doing a meet and greet there. In the Eurovision Village were some concerts of Eurovision artists at that time and I missed Freddie on stage, as Highway were already on stage performing. But, even better, I met Freddie behind the strage! Thanks to Freddie, as he is very tall, we could spot him kinda easy.
My first artist selfie of 2016 with Freddie <3 Aww just love him <3 |
-> Send me a message on Facebook, that you knew me from this page and I'll add you so you can see all my Eurovision pictures <3 Klick here :)
This day could not get any better, but it sure did <3
This evening we went to see Hery Björk (ESC 2010) with her show "The Queen Of Effing Everything"!
To tell you the least, it was pretty amazing and soooo funny! She really found her place in my heart that evening <3 Greta was also there and super nice! Sadly it wasn't allowed to take pictures :/
So, after that it was 10pm and I woke up at 4am this morning, but its Eurovision so we went to the EuroClub to party <3
This was the first day in Stockholm and I was already the happiest person on earth by that time!
This week was going to be even more epic the next day!
