We don't wanna waste any time so here is part 2 of the "Best Of National Selections 2016!".

Yeah, that's not a mistake! Our lovely Krista (FIN 2013) took part in Melodifestivalen this year and she sang in swedish! Even though I didn't understood every word, she was happy and so much of energy, as we know and love her! Her song "Faller" is catchy and really deserved a spot in at least the second chance round. For me she belonged to the final <3 This performance just cheers you up and I so hope, that she'll be back one day!

Our sweetheart Markus Riva was part of the national selection in Latvia and he was great, as always! This year the national selection in Latvia was all about Justs, but I think and hope, that Markus will keep working an that we'll see him one day fly the latvian flag at Eurovision! He'll come back with an even better song.

Barei is a great choice from Spain this year, as it's a feel-good and party song. We don't know what place she'll get this year, but I already know, that "Say Yay" will be a banger in the Clubs in Stockholm! Xuso Jones was the other favorite next to Barei in the spanish national selection and he came in as runner up! I also have to mention, that the national final in Spain was really great this year with 6 wonderful songs! Keep up the good work, Spain.

I'm also happy with Greta and Iceland this year, but for me there was an even better song and performance in the national selection in Iceland this year! Sigga and her song "Kreisí" were, as you may thought, crazy, and that's what I love, when the song is well produced and sounds great! With a crazy song and performance you'll stand out and it's just different. Sure, such a song is either very good or very bad. There's nothing inbetween. Would have loved Sigga for Iceland, because she's amazing and a total sweetheart, as you can see in our interview with her HERE! Hope she'll be back soon and I hope it's going to be "Kreisí" :D

Ok, I kinda like the entry from Finland, but I could also mention half of the national selection in Finland, that would've been a better choice... Saara Aalto for example! Her song "No Fear" is amazing produced and a great up-tempo song with a matching performance. With her, Finland would be easily in the final. Saara won the televote by far and only the jury was wrong this time, so she was 6 points behind the winner who was only 3rd in the televoting... we'll see what'll happen. Last year the televoters were wrong in Finland, this year the jury :D
