The new year is still young and at the moment we get so many #Eurovision news that makes a great start of 2016 for every ESC Fan and the amazing news won't stop!

Today the irish broadcaster announced, that former Westlife member Nicky Byrne will represent Ireland in Stockholm and WE SOOOOOOO LOVE IT!!!!


There were a lot of rumours in the past weeks about the irish representative and Nicky was one of the rumours! Now it's finally official!!!

He'll perform the song "Sunlight" which was also presented today! (video at the end of the post)


The song is so full of power and such a feel-good-song that you just love it! Plus I'm totally in love with Nicky's voice!!! Ireland is official back in the game, guys!

Ryan Dolan (Ireland 2013) also tweeted, that he wishes all the best to Nicky.
